About Kerala
Kerala is a state, located in the south-west cost of India. With Arabian sea in the west side and Western Ghats (a mountain range borders Kerala) in the east, Kerala has unique geographical features which made it won the title ‘Places Of a Life Time’ from National Geographic channel.
The landscape varies from ‘Beaches to hill stations’ and ‘dense rain forests to yo-yo cities’. The 1,900 kms lengthy backwaters is one of the major attraction for the tourists here. Some of our performing arts (e.g. Kathakali and Theyyam) and martial arts (kalaripayattu) are unique and attracting hundreds of foreign students.

India’s highest literacy rate (90.86% at 2001) , world class health care systems, fantastic climate, historical monuments, enchanting art forms, magical festivals, and exotic cuisine are some of the unique attractions in Kerala.
